Assessment of work skills, aptitudes, interests, educational development, work values, temperament and worker qualifications related to physical demand and workplace environmental factors; identification of individual strengths, weaknesses and other barriers to employment; and projection of workplace accommodation and rehabilitation goal planning strategies.
