Dr. Jack Sink, of Sink & Associates, Inc. has provided a broad spectrum of rehabilitation, vocational and educational services, as well as research in public and private rehabilitation programs. He also has had an active role in analyzing jobs, developing job profiles, developing tests and providing career assessment and career counseling for employees of several Fortune 500 companies. The combination of these roles, as well as serving as the coordinator of rehabilitation programs at two major universities gave impetus to the personal injury and industrial litigation process. As requests for these services became so numerous in the mid 1980’s a decision was made to create a private corporation through which these services could be provided.

Officially, Sink & Associates, Inc. was originally incorporated as PersTech, Inc. in 1987, providing rehabilitation services, as well as temporary employment services. Later the temporary employment portion of the corporation was sold and the name was changed to Sink & Associates, Inc. The nucleus of rehabilitation professionals employed in 1987 continues to provide the highest quality of services to persons with disabilities, as well as professional training and industrial consultations.
